My husband also sent in for the DazzleWhite free sample and only had to pay $1.95 for S&H that posted to our checking account a few days later. It didn't state that there was anything to cancel or that other products would follow but we were slapped with a debit card transaction in the amount of $87.62 from that company (shows on the statement as ultifreshwell). We are working with our bank right now to file a dispute but there is currently no guarantee that we will receive our money back. DO NOT TRY TO GET THIS "FREE" SAMPLE!!!
