I made a purchase from Sam's club on 10/7/09 - the cashier swiped my card for the people that were behind me & I got charged for their purchase. I went to Sam's since GEMB customer service would not do anything - he reviewed the video from that day and confirmed it wasn't me. He made copies of the generic form letters they sent me and also the pics and mailed them to GEMB - also course GEMB states they never rec'd them.
