I ordered a slipcover on June 25, 2009. I was asked for additional measurements on July 31, 2009. I have heard nothing since that time. Customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. This is the second slipcover I have ordered from this firm this year. The first was delivered in a timely manner and is beautiful. At that time the firm was located in California. It has since moved to Houston, Texas. I intend to file notice with VISA regarding the failure to deliver the goods I ordered. read full review »
