Today (9 Nov) around 12:00 am I received to alarms. I was sleeping so I did not hear them but my brother in law did. When I woke up, I saw 2 missed calls and 2 voicemail from ADT. I check my wife phone that is the 2nd contact and it had the same thing. When I called in the morning to speak to a representative and ask them why they did not called the police when none of the contacts answer the call, they decided to check what was the signal for.
