I did the intro offer, that was as promised. They then sent nine shipments of coffee within a 4 week period...each shipment costing 34.95. We then called, recieved the instructions on how to return the products to them and by our own conscience, bought the sign on delivery option...good thing we did! I returned these products back in June...It is now November and I have recieved ONE refund. I have called numerous times with always the same promise...you'll see your refund in "3-5 business days", "5-7 business days"... read full review »
