Jason Breaky, residing in Dallas, TX, was found guilty and sentenced to probation on 11/4/09 for a period of nine (9) months for charges associated with his arrest in December 2008. Jason was arrested in December for charges including a) possession of marijuana, b) unlawful concealment of a handgun, and c) resisting arrest.
