Hello: my complaint is exactly the same as that of Deb James on 1/20/2009. I ordered a free sample of acai berry for which I agreed to pay the postage of $4.95. This transaction on my bank statement appears as x factor supplement and shows a phone contact number of 1-866-550-9990 KN which turns out not to be a working number.
