Dell and their customer support are horrible!!! You buy a computer then they nickel and dime you to death. You buy a new computer then have to pay hundreds of dollars for their hardware and or software help. I already paid hundreds of dollars to get a new computer and now they wont help you unless you pay $200 more for software help. What a bunch of (#$(#&. I have been been on the phone or online with Dell for over 4 hours. They put you on hold until the phone disconnects and online they disconnect you. I will NEVER EVER buy another dell computer.
