I am a former director of Suncoast School for Innovative Studies. The school leased a credit/debit card machine from this leasing company. As an agent acting on behalf of the school, I alledgedly signed a contract for lease of the machine. I left the employ of the school in February, 2008. The school continued to use the equipment for a period of time and it is my understanding that they contacted the leaing company to terminate the agreement ( I was not employed there at this time).
