I too got suckered into this scam from an article on a local TV website. I paid $1.95 (credit card) to get a free sample. Concentrating on completing the requested info, I did not see the alleged notice of the subscription nor the alleged opportunity to opt out of the free trial of World Club Fitness. Well after Dazzle White charged my card the $1.95, they again charged my card $87.62.
