his web-site says that you can find out the owner of cell phone numbers. when I put cell phone numbers in, all I got was a prompt to pay an additional $9.95 per number, to get the info. A rip-off!!! As a result, I was not able to "look up" any of the numbers - I was not about to pay $9.95 per number, after paying almost $50 for the basic service., I thik that people who do not want to be "found" choose to have their numbers "unlisted" so it is almost impossible to find out the owners of the phone. read full review »
