I wish I knew about customer complaint boards & read them before we decided to go with Time Warner again. We have Time Warner triple play & we were moving so I wanted to transfer my service over to the new address. The day after I called it in to schedule the transfer for a future date, my phone died. I asked customer service if it was inadvertantly turned off by mistake. They said no, it was a technical issue & that a technician was going to be sent.
