My card was lost due to a death in the family for almost a year, it had never been used from the original amount I spent:$50.00; never activated. Netspend/allaccessgift.com had put a block on the card. When I called, stating the facts, giving numbers and verified all info, they said the block would be lifted and I could use it at anytime.
