I ordered the free trial and it only been several days (recieved on 11/06/09 and it took 6 weeks for it to get to me) and you already took money from my account. This is one of the hardest company to get in contact with my email, phone and your site is not very easy to use to do any cancellation I want to cancel my order and return the merchandise. read full review »
