After several calls to get a quote on getting an old computer cleaned up and running. I was offer a covert hook up for $169.00. Well the first tech and I couldn't agree on what a recovery disc was, so I called to cancel the order. I was assured that I could use an older version of Windows XP as a back up. Due to miscommunication somehow we deleted my entire computer and when we tried to reboot if failed.
