I paid upfront for laser hair removal ($1000.00) they went out of business and now will not refund my money. I too filed a complaint with BBB and since they have gone out of business BBB cannot help! I've heard they have reopened under a different name; and this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happeneded. I would love to see a class action law suit against these people!
