On my VERIZON bill I too had a charge for $14.95 from www.hellomail - not sure where that came from. Verizon customre service suggested it was gleaned from a social networking site such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace... maybe so ( I dont go there, my kids do) There was a toll free number for ESBI - 888-295-3724 it was a good number, but it took like 15 minutes in thier automated system and on hold just to speak to someone.
