I have been a happy Ameriucan Express cardholder since 1984... I got a backdated letter telling me they were raising interest rates and minimum payments. I heard of the federal deadline and they missed it (hence the backdated letter that "took over 3 weeks to be delivered" - in the same city). I called them and asked why the deception.. the girl got indignant, so I asked for a supervisor - and none was available but "could call me back" later... which never happened.. .and lo & behold - they terminated a TWENTY-FIVE YEAR... read full review »
