I have been forced to open Savings Account- Silver Privelege Account by the staffs of ICICI Bank with a promise for maintenance of Zero Balance and there would not be any charges. The bank has also maintain the promise from the date of opening August'2008 till June'2009. Without any prior information / intimation and also au-authorisingly collected charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance of Rs.25000/-.
