Signed up for long distance savings plan from Yak. They sent the first bill by mail and then missed the next two. When I recieved an auto message for late payment, I called YAK immedicately and made arrangements for auto debit from my credit card plus electronic billings to ensure this never happended again. They took the first payment and then lost my credit info. I have attempted over 20 times now to have this addressed. Finally, I sent a cheque registered mail to pay off the account via registered mail. They have had it for a month... read full review »
