I contacted Roger Parekh from Greater New Jersey Mortgage company to Refinance my house around January 2009. He gave me a very good rate with very good closing cost, I was interested and he started the procedure. Once the procedure started he started delaying it with some execuses. Finally he sent some Asian/American woman in my house saying that she will do an appraisal of my house and I need to pay $350 in cash.
