They advertised no fees and just last month charged me a $25 fee because my savings account was 'not used' for about 2 years. I contacted them within a week after seeing the fee and they claim they attempted to contact me to warn me of the impending fee which they never did. I contacted customer service several times to no avail. I filed a complaint with their customer satisfaction contact to no avail. I even filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail.
