In october of 2006 I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from HHgregg along with A 4 year warrantyy that covers everything. I had screen damage and went to HHgregg. They told me they never sold such a warranty. Eventually the magically dicovered that I did and sent me off to call GE. I told GE what was wrong and was assured that they could just replace the screen. He asked if I backed up the data and I said no.
