There was a discrepancy on my payment due date. I called them numerous amount of times to get them to deduct from my checking to avoid this from happening. They stated that I needed to wait until account was current; because they were constantly charging me late based on payment due date. Even though my payments were made before the end of the month. I also tripled my payments to get back on track. I attempted to go online and make payment and realized after making my triple payment; which they aggreed would keep my account open. They lied and closed my account anyway and then deducted an unauthorized payment from my account . read full review »
