Went online for payday loan and 31.85 was debited from my account for identity protection. I did not want this and want my money transferred back to my account. I applied for a loan not for identity protection that I would have to pay for . If I were in a position to pay for this I wouldn't need a loan. Again, please issue a refund to my account.
