I have been a Sprint customer for 7+ years and was doolish and bought the NEW Palm Pre when it came out. The phone was very unreliable and kept crashing and going out of service. I ask for assistance many times and basically was blown off with Sprint by just being told We will SELL you a new phone but thats all we can do. I finally got a corporate contact to send me a replacement phone from my work contacts and that phone was not much better.
