Les Schwab Tire Service of Grand Coulee charged me for service that is suppose to be free. I purchased snow tires and rims 3 years ago with the free seasonal change-over offer. This year, thinking it was just that, I had the tires changd over and they charged me 59.35 to do so. I was not even warned or advised when I left the car with them to have this done. I feel that they are taking advantage of me and the locals by gouging us with fees added to what use to be courteous and free service. I am a victim of that. read full review »
