Loan officer and owner of Superior Mortgage complete lack of follow-through on mortgage process. Phone calls repeatedly made to owner with zero response to the first twenty calls. Finally, a Mr. Outland phones and is a complete arrogant ##%%@ to my wife and I. A young lady in the office screens all the calls and you can never get through to him to get any follow-through or closure. Very unprofessional, complete lack of follow-through, left hanging with no information on a next step. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
