I wish I would have done my homework before "clicking" for a so-called free trial. No company should be authorized to continually charge a credit card for services unless agreed to in writing -- I cannot believe our laws allow companies such as this to operate. Their web-page advertising and trial offer is deceptive; their billing practices are deceptive; their refund policy is absurd, especially when their web-page advertises "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and the Better Business Bureau has rated this company F on a scale of A... read full review »
