This is concerning my 20 year old son, who applied for his first ever loan via moneysupermarket.com, but was then contacted by carter and carter who immediately after asking for his bank details to clarify who he was took £49.99 out of his account, he has sent a reply slip back to them but has had heard nothing since. every time you ring up you are on hold for nearly an hour and never get to speak to anyone, and have to listen to crap duran duran music.
