Dear Sir or Madam, I recently received an erroneous charge on my credit card in the amount of $49.50 for internet security software from Trend Micro Systems. I did not receive any communication regarding whether I wanted to renew this subscription which I do not. This unauthorized transaction was made on 10/10/09.
