Unauthorized charges. No audio available as proof. Refusal to reverse charges. Rude, insulting and unprofessional employees. Refusal to provide information in order to lodge a complaint. I had 28 unauthorized charges to my bank acount from from fraud activity. I filed a police report, signed an affidavit with my bank and closed the account.
