With the sudden increase in "small amounts of billings" usually under $2.00 allegedly coming from genuine companies such as SatNSound and KAHphoto to name a few, that are now popping up on people's accounts for services never rendered from Companies that are stating their identity has been stolen; it would seem to me that PayPal and other affected users would notify the FBI, with the details, as well as the routing numbers for where these "to be collected funds" were to be sent/deposited.
