I just find it really annoying that if you order merchandise on jcpenney.com and have it sent to the store, you still have to pay the shipping charge. Many retailers offer free shipping to the store, and how much is it really costing the company to transport the item to the store when they are sending a lot of other store merchandise there too? Besides, it's not my fault that the store was out of my size/color. I am already inconvenienced by having to order online instead of being able to purchase in the store because the buyer doesn't get enough of certain sizes, and then to be charged shipping on top of that just really irritates me. read full review »
