Ordered a Troe in Mid December. Received a unit that was not working. Was Sent a RMA via UPS with Tracking Number RMAed unit was received/signed by Mr Bergman on 1-5-2009 Mr Bergman sent me a USPS tracking number but never shipped a unit I have sent over 10 emails and called 5+ times.
