I ordered the trial product. It was supposed to cost $1.95 but my cc was charged the equivalent of $10.95! Next, I received the product after 10 business days, not 4 -7 as advertised. I received confirmation of cancellation, yet they continued to bill my cc for 2 shipments of the product. After investigating this, I have found the following: 1.
