to get a payoff quote on car loan with 2 late payments on the record had to go to 1 hour conversation with so caled customer representative, had to listed for first 15 minutes about how my life supposed to be organized before I was able to said anything. Extreme rudness, didn't get the last name of representative and didn't even get the last name of her supervisor. The answer was "no, first name is enough, there is only one Regina here" I've recorded that conversation and will keep doing that every time I call, thinking of a lowsuit.
