I ordered product via the 1-800 number (because their internet was not working correctly). 7 phone calls later, I do not have the product. I never received the delivery (promised several times that it would be mailed that day). I also never received a refund (which was requested 4 times and promised to happen). Please do not order product from them. They have some serious issues and if it's like my situation, they'll charge your account without ever delivering the product or correcting the problem! read full review »
