I ordered the product Premium AcaiSlim on 8/10/09. I was not satisfied with the product. I cancelled my subscription within the 14 days and returned the product on 8/25, with a tracking number and my cancellation order number placed on the package as directed. I was also told when I made my cancellation phone call that if a charge was made to my credit card, it would automatically be refunded.
