Ordered a queen size mattress and box spring-Luxembourg set. The set was defective from the beginning, it is now -6 months later- sagging in the middle at 4 1/2 inches. This according to the expert 1-800 mattress sent out. They also found that the box spring was defective also. I called 1-800- Mattress after they received the experts report only to be told they found a stain, which the expert never told or showed me, and said the entire warranty is void.
