I ordered two pairs of boots from this company on the 13th December 2008, payment was taken immediately for them, one pair arrived, the others didn't. Finally at the end of March I wrote to the company and a week later they arrived - but appalling quality. Looked like they came off a market stall. Sent them back but have never had a refund. Have called company twice and emailed twice, so I wrote them two letters sent registered mail, one saying they had 14 days to refund my money, the next one saying I am taking this to the small claim... read full review »
