This is a warning to all consumers out there regarding A&E factory service. A&E is one of the least professional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are a large national company that has no idea what is going on from one call center to the other. They lied to me on multiple occassions about service appointments. They canceled appointments on me at 3 pm after I took work off for the day. There excuse on two seperate occasions was having employees sick and could not make it to the apointments.
