I purchased a used Ford Ka from this.co.for GBP 1625, - and on delivery the power steering oil level was already below the minimum and when I asked the salesman if this should be topped up he replied that was not necessary and that there was nothing to worry about. However, during the next 10 days I had to top it up twice and a local garage confirmed that the steering was definetely leaking and that a new steering rack would probably be required..
