My December 7, 2008, (Illinois) AT&T phone bill included a charge for $24.67 for some service that OAN Services (Kooltel America) allegedly offers. When I phoned them, they claimed I had requested the service over the Internet. They were only willing to subtract one of two charges (because my next phone bill apparently has the same charge). read full review »
