Nationwide is a big rip-off and refused to pay for a claim which was clearly covered under our policy. We previously had HomeShield which we NEVER had a problem with...always friendly, fast and fixed problems within 24 hours usually. We made the mistake of going with Nationwide thinking it was a bigger better company since they are "always on your side". Come to find out the only side they are on is their bank account.
