I hired a keller Williams agent to sell my home. The agent tol my wife and I "I gaurantee I can sell your home. He did a market study and price the property on the MLS website. You can say that this was a shotgun approach. we had many showings, and only one loball offer. This particular agent showed the property once to my knowledge. Many of the agents that showed the property dragged pine cones into my house, broke my microwave, and broke bulbs in my bathroom.
