I took my engagement ring and wedding band to the Christiansburg, VA location to have a small diamond replaced and the shanks on both rings fixed. I picked up the rings on 10/27/09 and payed a fee of $180. In less than 48 hours both shanks were bent far worse than before and three small diamonds were gone from the ring. I have been told that it will not be fixed under the 6 month warranty because it was not under normal wear and tear.
