I order from the web, canceled through emails before 14 day trial period ended, got charged $44.95. Fine I ordered on 11/04/08 but did not receive product until 11/10/08. On 11/19-20 tried to cancel no luck reaching this company. On the 11/21/08 emailed them about canceling the product we emailed back and forth until 12/02/08. They offered me a credit of $20.00 & keep the product do not return.They sent me an email stating that they were sorry I wanted to cancel, with this message.
