On 09.28.09 I ordered an $8.47 cell phone to replace one that had gone through the wash. I paid for this via PayPal. However, since VirginMobile had a signature required for delivery, FedEx could not deliver to me unless I took the day off from work to sign for it! Several calls to FedEx & to VirginMobile later I was told VirginMObile would call FedEx to do just that. Clearly the phone never came. So I drove over an hour to the store to buy one (for more $$).
