I went direct to book a hotel From Toby Keiths Bar and grill website. Had a Hotel booked but couldnt stay because they didnt accept pets. Had no clue the website booked thru Travelocity or Priceline. very deceptive I think. Website is saying no refund but I have all the proof I didn stay at the Hotel booked. Proof of where I did stay. No confirmation received that they keep asking me for. I had to call the number on my statement to find out who they are and my supposed booking number. I will never go this route again cause you get screwed in the end. Nothing on any papers about a booking company being involved. I just want my money back well diserved read full review »
